Job Purpose
This role is to provide support to IT Support Engineers to ensure the seamless operation of the organization's technology infrastructure by providing first-line troubleshooting, problem resolution, and user assistance.

Additional Responsibilities
IT Systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as system configuration details, network maps, and process manuals.
- Provide day-to-day support for end users and their Windows/Mac computers and applications.
- Help onboard new employees in the use of the necessary IT systems.
IT Infrastructure
- Monitor core networking equipment and devices.
- Conduct regular system updates, including installing software patches and updates, as well as upgrading hardware as necessary.
- Monitor system performance and network connectivity to ensure high availability and optimum performance.
Additional Responsibilities
Cloud Account Management
- Manage and monitor cloud resource utilization for internal team.
- Prepare monthly cloud usage billing
End Users Support
- Provide first-line technical support to employees, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Job Specification
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field
Professional Certifications
- Cloud Foundation certifications (Azure or AWS)
Knowledge
- Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, M365
