Job Purpose
The Solutions Architect is expected to drive multi-cloud adoption (Azure, AWS, GCP) across enterprise customers. This is a techno-commercial role where you’ll design architectures, lead customer workshops, and position solutions that deliver both technical excellence and business value.
This role ’ll work closely with sales teams, engage with C-level executives, and influence customer decisions with your ability to simplify technology and connect it to ROI, TCO, and business outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Solutioning
- Work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Design multi-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP that meet scalability, security, and performance needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and workshops to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by aligning technology solutions with business outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
Presales & Commercial Alignment:
- Support the sales cycle with RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to position value-driven solutions that balance technical fit and commercial viability.
- Participate in TCO, ROI, and cost optimization discussions, helping customers build a strong business case for cloud adoption.

Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with delivery and operations teams to validate feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Lead customer workshops, architecture review sessions, and executive briefings.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Job Specification
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or any related field
Professional Certifications
- Professional Cloud Certification (AWS SA PRO, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Architect).
- AI Certification is perferred.
Knowledge
- Infrastrcuture (Compute, storage, networking).
- Security, identity and compliance framework.
- Application modernization, APIs and Integration.
- Hybrid and multi-cloud strategies
Working Experience
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2-3 years of presales/solutions architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in at least two major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
