Here are some common questions people ask during the hiring process.
1. Will interviews be virtual or face-to-face?
The first interview is usually via a virtual call. Then, depending on where you are and where the interviewer is as well as the type of position, an on-site interview may apply.
2. When will you provide me feedback on my application?
This is dependent on each role. However, we try to move quickly because we’re growing exponentially as a company and have lots of great projects that require awesome people such as yourself.
3. Can I work from any country in the world?
Although we are an international company, we only manage all positions within the Middle East region. Currently, all our positions are on-site. We do have a work remote policy opportunity within UAE and KSA for full-time roles.
4. Do you support relocation?
We do offer relocation support for some roles. Ask about this in your initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition Team to see if it may apply to your situation.
5. Do you help with visas or work permits?
Yes, we do.
6. Does your company offer internships?

7. Can I work part time
Currently, all our roles are full-time. If it’s part-time, it’s indicated in the job description.

The team structure typically is agile mode working in cross-functional teams or collaborating with specific departments. You will be working closely with your colleagues and allocated Lead to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
